Learn about "The Bottle" - a primer

Q. The first thing that hit me in the face was the "hard squeeze". I take my bottle when I travel, but I drink less, can't drink as I drive those 2 to 4 hour daily stretches as it takes 2 hands to squeeze. Also, too tough to use while giving a seminar. I end up still buying water on the road--what a drag, as I just don't have the strength nor the time to "squeeze" the amount of water I drink. I figured the bottle is designed for emergency use and I can't complain about that. But for my daily consumption it's really not practical.

A. I drink 100% of my liquid from that bottle. "Suck" has become such a nasty sounding Anglo Saxon word, yet it's simply using atmospheric pressure to augment digital pressure for drinking while driving, etc. OK, mebbe while you're the speaker at a seminar you don't wanna suck in fount of your students, so buy the damn bottled water, pour the water down the sink & squeeze Living water into those bottles with your magic bottle, using two hands & a foot in your room, store the current to use water bottle in the tote bag & drink for that. You can do it, baby! It's very important that you have 100% hydrating water while you're speaking ... & after you're speaking so you can recover quickly ... & before you're speaking so brain is in gear, YOU CAN DO IT, BABY! - bob

Here's info from Jack Williams:

Hi Gang...About our new, improved, PiMag Bottle... of course we have all heard the glowing and incredible testimonies about the Carl Palmer & our company companion technologies and the water it produces. But we have also heard...and perhaps some of us have said... that the bottles are JUST TOO HARD TO SQUEEZE!! As if that is some sort of a major marketing impediment. So let's take a look!

Granted, it is hard to squeeze, but there are totally logical reasons for that, which actually are convincing selling points.

Why the tough squeeze? Because our proprietary filter is a complicated, interconnected labyrinth of 2 micron pores which strongly resists the water flow, a process crucial to purification. No resistance..water same! Some resistance..water some same! High resistance..new, pure water! And how about the type and amount of charcoal in our ionic "absorption" filter? Absorption is a property of carbon which makes EVERYTHING that travels over it's surface stick and stay - think of it as pollutant flypaper - and our special carbon has a HUGE surface area. Incredibly, if spread out it would cover a football field. As DJ (Dave Johnson) would say, WOW!!

Looking at another aspect, how HARD would we be willing...no, eager...no, frenzied, fighting, kicking, biting, pushing, screaming, to squeeze a bottle if it would yield liquid gold? Get the picture??

Water, always taken for granted because of it's limitless abundance, is the most precious commodity of the 21st century. Everything else we consider highly valuable pales by comparison.

So in those terms, what's the big deal about a little squeeze? Hold the bottle slightly inclined, squeeze with moderate pressure at the bottom and enjoy the goodness which cannot be hurried.

Here's why Jim Burns says our company chose the plastic for the bottle that they did:

Why did our company select the plastic bottle material? It's the best material available:

A
--must be squeezable (flexible)

B--must be strong

C--must be inert

D
--must be long-lasting

1--We no longer need to carry rubber balls or spring tension hand & lower arm exercise equipment in our cars & purses! We can have our lower arm exercise equipment with us at all times and use it for free, and it becomes habit; anytime we're thirsty or we want to improve our health with muscular exercise or the benefits of the water, just squeeze! Great selling point: combination of water conditioner & hand conditioner in one unit!

2--If you really don't want that benefit, unscrew the filter, fill the bottle with PiMag water from your countertop unit (or from the pitcher you just filled by squeezing the water thru the filter bottle) take the filter with you in a plastic bag when you travel & you get the first quart with no squeeze & you have the choice to put the filter back in & squeeze for refills while you're out traveling. This is an extremely versatile system that will provide whatever benefits you want!

AND ... If you Must have an easier squeeze, Randy Kaiser at the Idea Store offers another solution.
The
Easy-Squeeze bottle

"It does what is claimed & solves several problems ... and creates a whole new market!:

1--For folks with arthritic, weak hands, it is much easier to squeeze, not only because it's soft, but because it can be rolled up, folded over, etc. to provide whatever grip is comfortable for those hands. Ands Liz and reports that if you open the filter nipple & invert the EZ Squeeze atop a glass or bottle, the Living Water will flow into the glass with NO squeeze! Takes about 10 min for a glass to fill & what a benefit for people who can't squeeze the hard bottle!

2--For the jock & jockette types who demand huge quantities of water NOW & are not willing to wait for the air to go back into the bottle before drinking more, this bottle just collapses from atmospheric pressure & no air needs to go back. An entire quart can be squirted out of these containers without any waiting for anything.

3--For backpacking, biking, any traveling where space is an issue, this thing collapses to less than 1/8" thick, except for the lid & filter.

AND A WHOLE NEW MARKET: Little Kids! Lou thought of this one. Little hands can squeeze this bottle (really a bag), so now kids can start on Living Water as soon as they're weaned (BTW, as a dentist, my 30 years experience, study & practice is that kids should wean themselves & be encouraged to use mama's milk 'til age 2-4, it's one of the greatest gifts moms can provide for the dental, general & emotional health of their kids). In this society, kids are taught on TV to be sucking on bottles of toxic sugar-laden crap ... might as well give 'em something healthful and save yourself a lot of dental & medical expenses later.

Even for infants, if they MUST go to bed sucking on a bottle, give 'em the EZ Squeeze with Living Water, NEVER juices, milk or even mama's breast, all of which promote "baby bottle caries", massive gumline cavities in the baby teeth ... very expensive, unhealthful & unpleasant to repair. Yep, even human milk will promote dental disease if it just bathes the teeth all night.

So, here's another hook for your dental hygienists, orthodontists, anyone concerned with preventing dental disease ... & of course kicking the sugar habit! For more links of our company Technology to dentistry, check out http://www.wynman.com/link1f.html.

So perhaps here's a solution anyhow. If you buy one, please let me .... and Carl Palmer ... know!

Easy-Squeeze bottle
One for $9.95
In response to the many grumblings about the ionic bottle being hard to squeeze, we have just launched our new Easy Squeeze Ionic bottle upgrade for your Ionic bottle. It is so flexible you can roll it up like a tooth paste tube, or wring it like a towel to squeeze out the water. This 32 oz flexible bottle is manufactured with a triple-laminate food-grade plastic guaranteed not to leach into your water. And the Ionic filter fits perfectly , it will not leak - absolutely! I was recently with our water expert, Carl Palmer, and demonstrated this amazing bottle to him by filling it with water and standing on it! It didn't leak a drop! To top it all off, this 32 oz bottle will ride in your carry tote, is also available in a 48 oz and 96 oz size (for times when you need a little extra water to go), and comes with a lifetime guarantee!
and their
PiMag Under-the-counter kit

Pi Water System Under Counter Mounting Kit w/ Icemaker option Wow! Finally a custom engineered kit to mount your Pi Water System under the kitchen sink and get those ugly hoses off the sink. Custom couplings provide a safe water tight connection. Chrome plated extended reach counter top faucet has on/off valve and provides an easy method for filling larger containers. Faucet mounts in current whole in sink, or drill one in the counter. Now includes pressure regulator to protect your system, and also includes an optional "T" to feed your ice maker. Easily assembled by home craftsman or plumber. A great addition. Price Qty $79.95.
Even with this kit, our company still sez (I think) that under sink installation voids you warranty, but I think that's because the PiMag system is not designed for use under pressure (the on/of valve must be upstream from the unit, not downstream).
